Admission Requirements
- A completed application for admission to the program (available online or at an Educational Center Office). Completed applications and assessment records are valid for one year. Following one year, the student will need to submit an updated application, resume, and fee for the purpose of reassessing the file under the current catalog year.
- For regular admissions acceptance, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale) or minimum 2.80 grade point average from the last 60 hours of course work. Applicants who do not meet these GPA requirements may still be considered by the admissions committee.
- Submission of a personally prepared essay of approximately 300-400 words that details the rationale for pursuing graduate study and how the MBA degree relates to personal and professional goals.
- The applicant must be supportive of the Christian mission of the university through the integration of the Christian faith with learning.
- Applicants whose native language is not English must submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score. You must attain a score of at least 525 (paper-based), 197 (computer-based), or 71 (Internet based) on the entire test in order to be considered for admission.
For applicants with foreign transcripts, a copy of the original transcript will be accepted, preferably with an English translation. Transcripts, however, must be evaluated course by course by either Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE), World Education Services, Inc. (WES), or SpanTran Educational Services, Inc. before evaluation and processing by LeTourneau University.
